It seems that during one of my spurious absences, the MBA blogging community has sprung forth an impending geographical battle, reminiscent of the 90's hip-hop scene.

Bskewl and his ‘East Coast Posse’, and Aregon23 and the ‘West Coast Homies’ are grid locked in a lyrical battle of innuendo, sarcasm and hyperbole. In the midst of the literary carnage, several rumors and sightings have already added fuel to an already heated battle.

1. Aregon23 was spotted last week in the VIP lounge of a bay area Starbucks having a laid back discussion with fellow heavyweights Snoop Dogg, Dr Dre and Mack10. Aregon23 leaped into fame following his multi-platinum debut album: "My Blog is My Nine". Word on the street suggests that a coalition is in the works.

2. Meanwhile, Bskewl was seen at a Brooklyn Hoop-it-up charity tournament with fellow titans including 50 cent and P-Diddy. The rumor mill and eager i-pods are churning as industry insiders are speculating the release date of Bskewls new joint: “efiL-4-gniggolB”.

The blogging community eagerly awaits the resolution of this beef, and remains enthralled by the unfolding drama.
